Legal notices & privacy
General notices for visitors and institutional inquiries. Executed agreements prevail where they exist. Nothing here is tailored legal advice; obtain counsel where appropriate.
Atacton Regime editions are governed by two authoritative references in addition to these legal notices:
- Interpretative Governance & Analytical Boundaries — multi-format analytical envelope and edition Intended Scope (authoritative for all deliveries since 2007).
- Atacton Formalism — interpretive read contract; governs how edition-local language may and may not be used.
Summary
Atacton publishes interpretation-only, edition-local materials for qualified professional institutions. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
Materials are not investment, gambling, or trading advice. Recipients must not treat content as a basis for execution, sizing, timing, or venue selection. The interpretive read contract is on Atacton Formalism; if any site summary diverges, Formalism governs.
Atacton operates as a research and publishing programme—editorial outputs, not a market, betting operator, exchange, or client-fund intermediary. Inquiries are reviewed for mandate fit; access requires acceptance and governed circulation.
Materials and scope
Atacton Regime is a governed editorial framework for edition-local PDF publications—not a regulated financial market, prediction market, betting operator, or exchange.
Where materials refer to observational settings with quoted inputs, the reference is descriptive and non-actionable. Outputs are not forecasts, guarantees, cross-edition rankings, or recoverable mechanics.
Institutional inquiries do not create a client relationship until confirmed in writing under the programme’s acceptance process.
Business classification & revenue
Atacton operates as a research and archival publishing programme. Public materials and governed PDF editions are editorial outputs for qualified professional institutions—not a betting operator, exchange, prediction market, financial intermediary, or client-fund custodian.
Revenue, where applicable, derives from governed circulation of interpretive editions and related institutional publishing engagements under executed agreements. The programme does not take customer deposits, operate wagering accounts, or route orders on behalf of recipients.
Observational references to quoted inputs in materials are descriptive and non-actionable; they do not constitute venue access, execution services, or trading infrastructure.
Eligibility and jurisdiction
Public materials are directed to qualified professional counterparties acting in a business capacity. The programme may decline inquiries that do not meet qualification criteria. Counterparties remain responsible for compliance with laws and internal policies applicable to them.
Contracting entity details appear on executed agreements and invoicing documents—not as a substitute for due diligence on this page. Governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the applicable agreement.
Intellectual property and circulation
Website and PDF content are protected by copyright and related rights. Watermarks and distribution limits may apply. Scraping, model training on delivered content without written permission, or systematic extraction to rebuild datasets is prohibited unless expressly authorised.
Limitation of liability
Information on this site is provided “as is” and may change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Atacton excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on this site or unauthorised use of delivered materials—except where liability cannot be excluded, in which case it is limited to the minimum extent required.
Privacy — institutional inquiry channel
When you submit the institutional inquiry form (or equivalent JSON request to /api/inquiry), the programme processes the fields you supply: registered entity or institution name, professional email address, and message body, together with minimal technical metadata required to operate the service (for example, origin validation).
Purpose of processing: to assess qualification, to respond to your inquiry, and to maintain a minimal correspondence record tied to the programme’s acceptance workflow. There is no sale of personal data and no use for unrelated marketing lists.
Email transmission may rely on subprocessors (for example, transactional email providers) under their terms; subprocessors are selected for business-grade delivery and should be understood as infrastructure, not as independent controllers of programme policy.
Retention is limited to what is reasonable to operate the inquiry workflow and meet legal or tax record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry data where applicable law provides such rights, by writing from the same professional domain used in the inquiry to access@atacton.com. Identity verification may be required before fulfilling requests.
Cookies and similar technologies
This public site is primarily static HTML. It does not deploy third-party advertising or analytics cookies by default. Access to the public sample PDF is routed through a first-party server endpoint that records an aggregate download count (no account or cross-site advertising profile). If additional subprocessors or measurement tools are introduced later, this section will be updated and, where required, consent or control mechanisms will be added.
Changes
These notices may be revised to reflect programme scope, subprocessors, or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.
