Every report is written under rules that govern disclosure posture, cross-edition comparability, and the boundary between interpretation and operation. The authoritative read contract is Atacton Formalism.

This page avoids duplicating that list so the contract has a single canonical location.

If anything conflicts with Formalism, Formalism governs.
